Principle
The testing machine is driven by AC motor with full digital control frequency, and the test parameters are controlled by LCD touch screen to achieve accurate speed control and force value measurement. The machine structure adopts aluminum extrusion sealing plate with built-in double roller screw and guide column to ensure the load efficiency and structural rigidity during the test process.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate fixture according to the product type (regular fixtures are standard, and special needs need to be customized)
2. Set the test parameters through the LCD touch screen
3. Start the test and automatically calculate the data average
4. Print test data as required
Notice
• The standard power pliers fixture above 500KG (inclusive) can only withstand 200KG, and the reinforcement of 300~ 400KG needs to contact customer service to customize the fixture.
• Linear dispersion cannot be printed by the printer because the Linear dispersion is relatively large
• The tension machine below 500KG (inclusive) adopts frequency conversion motor, and the servo motor is used for 1 to 30 tons
• Please select the appropriate motor type and fixture according to product requirements
