Overview
The NBC-1025 Peel strength tester is a factory direct product, specially used to test the adhesion of copper foil circuit on PC board or the fastness of tin foil, lead foil, tape, etc. to the surface of the object. During the test, the specimen is disbonded at a vertical angle, and the actual 90-degree Peel Strength can be measured. High Accuracy Push-pull force meter is optional.
Features
1. Maximum load 50Kg, to meet a variety of Peel Strength testing requirements
2. Test speed range of 10~ 60mm/min, adjustable to adapt to different test conditions
3. Adopt pointer sensing method to visually display test results
4. Effective stroke 0~ 360mm, wide range of applications
5. Optional High Accuracy Push-pull gauge to improve test accuracy
Principle
The tester measures the adhesion of the adhesive material to the surface of the object by disbonding the specimen at a vertical angle. During the disbonding process, the device records the disbonding force value to calculate the 90-degree Peel Strength.
Applications
PC board copper foil circuit adhesion testing, tin foil adhesion fastness test, lead foil adhesion fastness test, tape adhesion fastness test

Steps
The information does not provide specific operation steps
Notice
• The testing machine only uses a single-phase 220V AC power supply
• Do not place flammable objects around the testing machine to avoid fire
• The test case must be grounded, otherwise there is a risk of electric shock
• The power inlet end should be connected to a certain amount or more, with a leakage protection air switch and contactor to cut off the power in an emergency
When the machine is working, do not use it to touch the electromagnet
• If you need to move the machine, be sure to move it after the power is cut off
