Overview
Finished shoe bending test machine (model: NBC-7128) is used to test the bending resistance performance of finished shoes and soles. After bending at a certain angle for a certain number of times, observe the damage of shoes and soles, check the checking position and degree to improve product mass. The device can set the number of tests, automatically stop when it reaches the set value, and automatically slow back to the starting position in any static state and stop.
Features
1. 4 shoes can be tested at the same time, and the bending test can be carried out synchronously; 2. The bending angle can be adjusted within the range of 0 ° to 90 °; 3. The test speed can be adjusted, and the range is 0~ 140 +/- 5 times/minute; 4. Equipped with LCD counter, the display range is 0-999999 times; 5. Automatic shutdown function, which automatically stops after reaching the set number of times; 6. Automatic return function, which automatically returns to the starting position slowly in any static state.
Principle
The finished shoe bending test machine is driven by a motor to repeatedly bend the finished shoe at a set angle and speed. After reaching the preset number of tests, the equipment automatically stops and automatically returns to the starting position slowly. By observing the damage and checking of the shoes and soles after bending, the bending resistance performance is evaluated.
Standards
SATRA-TM92 standard
Steps
1. Install the finished shoes to the test position; 2. Set the required bending angle and test speed; 3. Set the number of tests; 4. Start the equipment to start the test; 5. The equipment runs automatically and stops after reaching the set number of times; 6. Observe and record the damage to the shoes and soles.
Notice
• Ensure that the rated voltage of the equipment is AC~ 220V 50HZ; • Check whether the shoes are firmly installed before testing; • Avoid contact with moving parts when the equipment is running; • Maintain the equipment regularly to ensure stable performance; • Follow safety regulations during operation to prevent accidents.
