Overview
The leather dynamic waterproof testing machine NBC-7129 is a factory direct product used to test the waterproof penetration performance of materials with twists and turns. The machine uses clean steel balls placed inside the material to detect the waterproof penetration index of the material under the specified steel ball impedance and total weight conditions. When the material is penetrated by water, it automatically stops counting or automatically stops when the set time arrives and displays the result.

Principle
The machine is tested by placing clean steel balls in the material under the conditions of steel ball impedance and total weight in accordance with the regulations. Inductive elements are used to monitor the waterproof performance of the material during the tortuous process. When the material is penetrated by water, the count will be automatically stopped immediately, or when the preset number of tests or time arrives, the machine will automatically stop and display the corresponding value.

Steps
1. Prepare 4 "* 4" +/- 0.125 "size specimens
2. Install the test piece on the test machine
3. Set test parameters (number of tests or time)
4. Start testing device Start testing
5. Observe the test data on the LCD display
6. Record the results after the test is completed

• The size of the test piece must be strictly controlled within the range of 101.6 * 101.6 +/- 3.2mm
• The total weight of the steel ball needs to be kept at 135 +/- 5g
• The test displacement should be controlled within the range of 30 +/- 1 °
• The test speed needs to be maintained at 90 +/- 5cpm.
• The power requirements are 1, AC 220V, 2A to ensure voltage stability
