Overview
The zero Drop Tester is mainly used for dropping test of larger Encasement parts, and is suitable for the case where the vertical drop height of larger Encasement goods is low during transportation and handling. The device uses the fast-moving "E" fork as the test piece bracket to realize the dropping test from zero height to the maximum drop height range. It is mainly used to assess the impact of falling impacts on Encasement parts during actual transportation and loading and unloading, and to evaluate the impact strength of Encasement during handling and the rationality of Encasement design.

Principle
Microcomputer imported electrical reasonable design, complete the free fall, edges, corners, face all aspects of the design. During the test, the pallet moved down at high speed and separated from the test piece. The "E" fork was embedded in the baseplate under the action of the shock absorber before the test Encasement goods fell to the baseplate, theoretically realizing the dropping test from zero height to the maximum drop height range.
Steps
1. The tested goods are placed equilibrated according to the test requirements (surface, edge and angle test).
2. Set the drop height.
3. Start the device, and the pallet moves downward at high speed to disengage from the test piece.
4. The specimen falls to the baseplate and completes the test.

• The test load needs to be selected according to the specifications, and 100kg, 200kg, and 300kg can be customized.
• Drop height can be set from 0 to 1000mm, 0 to 1500mm, or 0 to 2000mm.
• The maximum size of the test piece does not exceed 1000 * 1000 * 1000mm.
• Test methods include surface, angle and edge.
• The equipment is equipped with upper and lower induction protection devices.
• The height is displayed on the touch screen, and the height shutdown function can be set.
• The support arm structure is made of 45 #steel, which is welded square.
• The acceleration device is pneumatic and needs to be used with Air Compressor.
