Overview
Single-wing Drop Tester (model NBC-8516) is a factory direct sales product designed to test the damage of product Encasement during fall and evaluate the impact resistance during transportation and handling. This machine is suitable for ISO2248, JISZ0202-87 and GB/T4857.5-92 standards.
Features

Equipped with a digital height display and decoder for height tracking, the drop height error should not exceed 2% or 10mm.

Principle
The machine adjusts the drop height through the electric lifting device, and uses the electronically controlled drop system to make the product fall freely from the preset height. Impact baseplate to simulate the drop situation during transportation and handling. Equipped with a decoder and a digital height display instrument to ensure accurate height tracking, the error is controlled within the specified range.

Steps
1. Place the product on the single-arm device.
2. Use the electric lifting device to adjust to the preset drop height.
3. Pass the electronically controlled drop system start-up drop test.
4. Observe and record damage to Encasement.
5. Use an electric reset device to restore the original position.
Notice
• Ensure that the working environment temperature is between 5 ° C and 28 ° C, and the average temperature does not exceed 28 ° C within 24 hours.
• The relative humidity does not exceed 85% RH.
• The power supply needs to be three-phase four-wire plus protective ground, and the voltage range is AC (380 +/- 38) V.
• The test load shall not exceed 80kg, and the maximum size of the specimen shall not exceed 1000 * 800 * 1000mm.
• The drop height range is 300~ 1500mm, and the error is controlled within +/- 10mm.
