Overview
The double-wing drop tester is a device used to test the durability and safety of products or Encasement materials when falling or impacting. It is designed with two movable "wings" or "arms" to simulate the different directions and angles of the product when falling. The machine can perform free drop tests on the faces, corners and edges of Encasement parts. It is equipped with a digital display height display and a decoder for height tracking, which can accurately give the product drop height. The error from the preset drop height does not exceed 2% or 10mm.
Features
1. Adopt single-arm double-column structure, with automatic reset, electric drop and electric lift device, easy to use.
2. Equipped with a hydraulic buffer device, it enhances the service life, stability and safety of the machine.
3. Single arm setting, can easily place the product, drop angle Impact surface and baseplate plane angle error is less than 50 °.
Principle
The dual-wing drop tester evaluates the structural strength, durability and safety of the product by simulating the different directions and angles of the product when it falls, ensuring that the product will not be damaged or dangerous during transportation, storage or use. It uses electric transmission and manual reset, and is equipped with a digital height display and decoder for height tracking to achieve accurate drop height control.
Standards
GB4757.5-84, JB/T 7407-94, ISO2248-1995 "Encasement - complete, full transport Encasement parts, vertical Impact dropping test"
Steps
1. Place the specimen on the support arm.
2. Adjust the drop height through the electric lifting device.
3. Start the electric drop device for testing.
4. After the test, use the manual reset function to restore the equipment to its original state.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 1, AC380V, 50Hz, 10A.
• The maximum weight of the specimen does not exceed 80kg, and the maximum size does not exceed 1200 × 800 × 1000mm.
• The drop height range is 400~ 1500mm, and the drop error is controlled within +/- 10mm.
• Drop plane error should be less than or equal to 1 °, drop angle Impact plane and baseplate plane angle error should be less than 50 °.
• Pay attention to safety during operation and avoid approaching the drop area when the equipment is running.
