Overview

1. The heating cylinder is made of Hastelloy to avoid long-term high temperature oxidation and rust.

Principle
The melt flow rate meter is used to measure the MFR value of various plastics and Resin in the viscous flow state. It adopts high performance and High Accuracy control instrument, which has the characteristics of high sampling accuracy and fast control rate, and uses fuzzy PID algorithm for thermostatic control.

Steps

Notice
- Temperatures up to 450~ 500 degrees need to be selected, and special instructions are required when ordering.
When testing highly corrosive plastics such as all-fluoroplastics, please specify when ordering.
- Power supply voltage range is (220-15%~ 220 + 10%) VAC 50Hz 500VA.
- Measurement range of volume method is 0.1~ 300g/10min or 0.1~ 300cm3/10min (optional).
