Overview
Vertical + horizontal combustion testing machine is suitable for combustion resistance test of various Wire and cable insulation coating materials, printing circuit board materials, IC insulators and other organic materials. During the test, the specimen is placed on the top of the flame, combustion for 15 seconds, extinguishing for 15 seconds, and the repeability is checked after 5 times. The combustion, extinguishing time and the number of repeabilities can be set, and it can be operated automatically.

Principle
The specimen is placed on the top of the flame for combustion test, and the combustion test process is automatically completed by setting the combustion time, extinguishing time and the number of repeability times, and finally the specimen is burned.

Steps
1. Place the specimen on top of the flame
2. Set the combustion time, extinguishing time and the number of repeabilities
3. Start the test, the machine automatically completes the combustion and extinguishing cycle
4. Inspect the specimen for burning
Notice
• The combustion gas needs to be provided by the customer with gas or methane
• Please confirm that the device setting parameters are correct before testing
Do not open the combustion tank during the test
The machine will automatically stop when the preset data is reached
