Overview
Cable insulation surface scraping tester is a device used to test the scratch resistance of cable insulation materials. It is widely used in power engineering and Wire and cable manufacturing industries to ensure that cable insulation materials have sufficient durability and scratch resistance performance to prevent external environment or mechanical stress from damaging cable insulation. Automotive wire scraping tester is a device specially used to scrape the insulating surface of automotive wires. This machine scrapes the insulating surface reciprocally along the axial direction of the sample. When the scraping needle grinds through the insulating contact conductor, it automatically stops.

1. The diameter of the scraping needle is 0.45mm, and the material meets the requirements of GB/T4358; 2. The diameter of the scraper is 0.125mm; 3. The scraper stroke is adjustable by 10-20mm; 4. The scraping length is 15.5mm; 5. The scraping speed is adjustable by 10-60 times/minute (one back and forth movement is once); 6. Principle
This machine scrapes the insulating surface of the cable reciprocally along the axial direction of the sample through the scraper needle to simulate the scraping effect of external mechanical stress on the insulating material. When the scraper needle grinds through the insulating layer and contacts the conductor, the equipment automatically detects and stops running to evaluate the scratch resistance of the insulating material.

Steps
1. Set the scraper stroke and scraping speed; 2. Select the appropriate scraping silicon code; 3. Start the equipment for scraping test; 4. When the scraper needle wears through the insulation and comes into contact with the conductor, the equipment automatically stops; 5. Record the test results.
