Overview
NBC-MFY02 vacuum sealing performance tester is suitable for the sealing test of Encasement bags, bottles, tubes, cans, boxes, etc. in the food, medical apparatus, daily chemical, automotive, electronic components, stationery and other industries. It can also be used for the sealing performance test of the specimen after the drop and pressure test. The instrument generates an internal and external pressure difference by vacuuming, and observes the gas escape or the change of the shape of the sample to determine the sealing performance.

Principle
By vacuuming the vacuum chamber, the sample immersed in water to produce an internal and external pressure difference, the test sample internal gas escape outside the case, in order to determine the sealing performance of the sample; or by vacuuming the vacuum chamber, the sample to produce internal and external pressure difference, the test sample expansion and release of the vacuum after the sample shape recovery, in order to determine the sealing performance of the sample.
