Principle
The experimental machine drives the AC motor through the full digital control system, drives the High Accuracy double roller screw and the guide column to load, realizes accurate speed and force value control, and measures the physical performance of the material under tensile and compression conditions through Sensor.

Steps
1. Install the corresponding fixture according to the test requirements.
2. Set system parameters, such as maximum force, travel limit, and test speed.
3. Start the device for testing, manually or preset the pick-up point;
4. After the test is completed, use a micro printer to print the report.
5. In case of emergency, use the emergency stop switch.
Notice
• Make sure the equipment is firmly installed before use to avoid exceeding the travel protection range;
• Set the force protection value to prevent exceeding the Sensor calibration;
• Pay attention to the position of the emergency stop device during operation to deal with emergencies;
Periodically check the integrity of accessories such as clamps and Sensors.
