Principle
High Accuracy twin roller screws and guide columns are driven by AC motors with full digital control frequency to achieve smooth transmission and precise speed control. Combined with computer system for data collection and processing, various physical performance tests are completed.

Steps
1. Set the upper and lower limit safety settings and program strength and elongation settings;
2. Select the force unit and set the test speed.
3. Install the corresponding fixture and place the sample.
4. Start the test, during the test, you can manually take points or set points in advance (20 points);
5. After the test is completed, stop the machine through the upper and lower limit safety settings, emergency stop button or program settings.
Notice
• Check whether the stroke protection switch is normal before use to prevent exceeding the preset stroke;
• The system sets the maximum force value to avoid exceeding the sensor calibration value;
• There is an emergency stop switch on the right side of the base to deal with emergencies;
Make sure the machine is placed in a stable plane to avoid tilting or vibration.
Maintain the transmission system regularly to maintain cleanliness and lubrication.
