Overview
The two-station dyeing fastness tester is an instrument used to test the dyeing fastness of Spinning & weaving products and dyeing materials. It evaluates dyestuff fastness and durability by simulating friction, wet friction, dry friction, washing, dry cleaning, exposure and other conditions. The instrument has two stations and can perform two sample tests simultaneously. Standardized test methods and reagents are used to ensure the accuracy and comparability of results. It is suitable for evaluating the Stability of Color under different conditions after staining.
Features
1. Double-station design allows for simultaneous testing of two samples
2. Simulate a variety of test conditions, including friction, wet friction, dry friction, washing, dry cleaning, exposure, etc
3. Adopt standardized test methods and reagents to ensure accurate and reliable test results
4. With power-off memory function
5. Support organic solvent friction test
6. Use white cotton cloth for friction test and grade against gray standard
Principle
The testing machine simulates the friction conditions in actual use by rubbing the colored test piece with a certain heavy load and times by sticking a dried or wet cotton cloth on the surface of the friction hammer. After the test, the dyestuff fastness grade is assessed against the gray standard to evaluate the fastness performance of dyestuff under different conditions. The testing process follows standardized methods to ensure the conformity and comparability of results.
Applications
Spinning & weaving products, dyeing materials, clothing, fabrics, household Spinning & weaving products
Steps
1. Prepare the sample and white cotton cloth, the size of the sample is 22 * 3cm, and the friction area of the white cotton cloth is 5 * 5cm.
2. Tie the white cotton cloth on the surface of the friction hammer
3. Set the number of friction times and heavy load parameters (friction hammer load 200g, auxiliary load 300g)
4. Start the machine for friction test, the friction speed is 30CPM, and the friction distance is 100mm.
5. After the test is completed, evaluate the dyeing friction fastness grade against the gray standard
6. Record the test results, and the counter shows 0 to 999,999 friction times
