Principle
The device swirl/spin at 40rpm through the roller to drive the test piece for abrasion testing. The abrasion stroke is 40mm (adjustable to 20mm), the abrasion speed is 0.32m/sec, and the tilt angle is 3 °. The test load of 5N or 1N is applied to the test piece with diameter φ 16mm and Film thickness 6~ 15mm to simulate the abrasion situation in actual use.

Steps
1. Prepare the test piece with diameter φ 16mm and Film thickness 6~ 15mm
2. Select the test load (5N or 1N)
3. Set abrasion stroke (40mm or 20mm)
4. Start the device for testing
5. Record abrasion results
