Overview
Paper tube compression tester (model NBC-8509A) is a factory direct sales product, suitable for paper tubes with an outer diameter of 200mm, also known as paper tube compression tester or paper tube Compression Tester. The instrument is the basic equipment for paper tube compression performance testing. It is designed with High Accuracy Sensor and high-speed processing chip to ensure sampling Precision.

Principle
The paper tube compression testing machine is controlled by microcomputer, using AC variable frequency motor drive controller and High Accuracy screw mechanical system to apply pressure to the paper tube, automatically detect the crushing force and save the data.

Steps
1. Set test parameters (speed, unit, etc.)
2. Place the paper tube sample
3. Start the test, and the instrument is automatically pressurized
4. Automatically return after the test is completed and save the data
5. Use a microprinter to print the test results

• Pay attention to overload protection and limit protection devices
• Before testing, confirm that the outer diameter of the paper tube does not exceed 400mm
• Regularly check High Accuracy Screw Mechanical System
• Follow the shutdown mode settings (overload shutdown, automatic shutdown for specimen damage, automatic shutdown for upper and lower limit settings)
