Overview
IU Leather Wear resistance tester is a factory-sold NBC-7123 model device used to test the degree of damage and decolorization of materials under friction. The device places dry or wet wool felt in the groove on the lower surface of the friction hammer and loads the specified weight weight weight, reciprocates at a specified speed to rub the surface of the sample for a certain stroke, and evaluates the condition of the sample after reaching the specified number of times. It is suitable for leather, spinning & weaving, tape trademark, Cardboard and other materials.
Features
1. LED display
2. With power-off memory function
3. Stable and accurate operation
4. Own leather wear-resistant patents
5. Using imported friction wool felt
Principle
IU leather Wear resistance tester working principle is to dry or wet white or black wool felt attached to the surface of the friction hammer groove, the friction hammer placed above the specified weight weight, at a specified speed reciprocating stroke friction specimen surface, after reaching the specified number of friction, observe the damage and decolorization of the specimen surface.
Applications
Leather, Spinning & weaving, Straps, Trademarks, Cardboard
Standards
GB/T3903.31、QB/T2537、QB/T2882、GB/T 20991-20077.3、EN344、IS0 11640
Steps
1. Place the dry or wet wool felt in the groove on the lower surface of the friction hammer
2. Place the weight of the specified weight above the friction hammer
3. Clamp the specimen on the test bench
4. Set the number of friction and speed
5. Start the equipment for reciprocating friction motion
6. Stop after reaching the specified number of times and observe the degree of surface damage and decolorization of the sample
