Overview
Universal Testing Machine is an instrument for measuring mechanical properties such as tensile, disbonding, compression, yield, bending, and fracture of materials. It is widely used in materials science, engineering, and quality control. It consists of a load unit, a sample holder, a displacement measurement device, a control system, and a data collection system to precisely control the load and record the test data.
Features
1. Measurement accuracy up to +/- 1%, resolution of 1/200000 to ensure accurate and reliable test data
2. Test speed range 0~ 300mm/min, effective stroke 600mm, suitable for a variety of testing requirements
3. Support a variety of force values and stress unit conversions, including kgf, gf, N, kN, lbf, MPa, kPa, etc
4. Equipped with micro printer and computer software to facilitate data output and analysis
5. Adopt a speed-regulating motor as the power system, providing stable and efficient operation
6. Provide a variety of shutdown methods, such as upper and lower limit safety settings and specimen breakpoint sensing, to ensure test safety
Principle
Universal Testing Machine accurately applies the load to the sample through the control system, uses the load unit and displacement measurement equipment to monitor the mechanical properties in real time, and the data collection system records the tensile, compression, bending and other data during the test process to evaluate the strength, elongation, fracture point and other performance of the material.
Applications
Adhesive Tape, Automotive, Pottery and porcelain, Composites, Construction, Food Equipment, Metal, Paper, Encasement, Rubber, Spinning & weaving, Wood, Communication and Various Shaped Materials
Steps
1. Prepare the sample and install it on the fixture
2. Set test parameters such as speed, unit, etc
3. Start the testing machine and start applying the load
4. Monitor the testing process to ensure safe operation
5. After the test is completed, output the results through the printer or software
6. Analyze data and record test reports
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 1PH, AC220V, 50/60Hz to avoid voltage instability affecting equipment performance
• Check whether the fixture and sample installation are firm before testing to prevent accidental peeling
• Regularly calibrate equipment to maintain Measurement accuracy within +/- 1%
• Pay attention to safety settings during operation, such as upper and lower limit protection, to avoid overload damage
The test environment should be kept clean to avoid dust and moisture affecting the life of the equipment
