Principle
The machine drives the refrigeration system through a Compressor, uses R404 environmentally friendly refrigerant to achieve rapid cooling, and controls the temperature in the test box within a set range (such as -30 ° C to + 150 ° C). During the test, the sample is placed in the box, and the folding or flexural performance in a low temperature environment is simulated by the installed resistant fixture. The temperature controller precisely maintains the temperature stability, and the counter records the number of tests to evaluate the durability of the material at low temperatures.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC380V 50Hz or AC220V 50Hz) to ensure voltage matching
2. Turn on the power of the machine and set the temperature controller to the required test temperature (such as -30 ° C).
3. Place the sample in the inner box and install the corresponding resistant fixture as required
4. Start the machine, the Compressor starts running after a delay of 5 minutes, and the machine automatically cools down to the set temperature
5. Observe the test process through the window, and the LCD counter automatically records the number of folding times
6. After the test is completed, turn off the machine power, remove the sample, and record the data
7. Clean the inner box for next use

• Check whether the Power supply voltage matches before use to avoid overload
• Do not switch frequently when the machine is running, and the Compressor has a 5-minute start delay protection
• Do not open the box door during the test to prevent temperature fluctuations from affecting the results
• Regularly check the function of the protection device to ensure the normal operation of thermal protection, leakage protection, etc
• Cut off the power during maintenance to avoid the risk of electric shock
