Overview
The ball pressure tester is designed according to the "ball pressure test" requirements stipulated in GB2099 and other standards, and is mainly used for heat resistance testing of household and similar plug and socket products. It is the equipment required by manufacturers and Quality control departments for product mass inspection and control.
Features
1. Ball diameter: 5mm (R2.5mm)
2. Total test pressure: 20N +/- 0.2N
3. Sample support: solid stainless steel cylinder with diameter of 50mm and length of 100mm
4. Production materials: all made of stainless steel
Principle
The ball pressure test is a steel ball (R2.5mm) and a total test 20N +/- 0.2N ball pressure tester is pressed on the surface of the test product in a leveled state and placed in a heating box. After 60min + 2min/0min at the temperature specified in the test product, the test product is quickly (< 10s) invaded into 20 ° C +/- 5 ° C water for chilling down 6min, and the measurement of the surface diameter of the test product within 3min is taken out of the water.
Standards
GB4706.1-2005、GB2099.1-2008、GB/T5159.21-2006、IEC60695-10-2:2003
Steps
1. According to the test requirements, place the ball pressure test device in the heating box for a long enough time to ensure that the ball pressure test device has reached a stable test temperature before the test starts.
2. Place the test part on the support seat so that it is in direct contact with the support seat.
3. Place the surface of the tested part in a horizontal position and press the steel ball against the surface. The test should be carried out in a heated box at a temperature specified by the standard.
4. After the test reaches the time specified in the standard, the ball is removed from the sample, and after chilling down according to the requirements specified in the standard, the diameter of the steel ball is measured to determine whether it is qualified.
Notice
Before the test, ensure that the ball pressure test device reaches a stable test temperature in the heating box
• The tested part needs to be in direct contact with the support seat
• The surface of the tested part must be placed in a horizontal position
The test shall be carried out in a heated box at a temperature specified in the standard
• The test time should be strictly controlled at 60min + 2min/0min
• The chill down process requires rapid (< 10s) intrusion into 20 ° C +/- 5 ° C water to chill down for 6min
• Crowd diameter measurement should be completed within 3 minutes after being removed from water
