The ozone aging test chamber NBC-CY150L is a factory direct product, mainly used to simulate and strengthen the ozone conditions in the atmosphere, study the effect of ozone on rubber, and quickly identify and evaluate the method of rubber anti-ozone aging performance and anti-ozone agent protection efficacy.
1. The all-in-one machine structure design adopts SUS304 stainless steel plate inner box and optional paint outer box. The thermal insulation layer is double protection of rigid polyurethane foam and aluminum silicate thermal insulation cotton. 2. Equipped with static and dynamic test fixtures to support sample stretching and swirl/spin testing, the fixtures are made of materials such as aluminum that are not easy to analyze ozone. 3. The air circulation system adopts a horizontal diffusion vertical heat exchange arc circulation mode, and the power-saving motor is connected to multiple centrifugal fans. 4. The heating system is a fin type heat dissipation tubular stainless steel electric heater. Control mode adopts ID adjustment and solid state relay. 5. The refrigeration system adopts mechanical refrigeration air-cooled, environmentally friendly refrigerant R404, with automatic load capacity adjustment and multiple protection devices. 6. The ozone aging test chamber uses a voltage silent discharge tube to generate ozone through an ozone generator, simulating the atmospheric ozone environment. The test method is divided into static and dynamic: the static test stretches the sample and puts it into the box; the dynamic test sample is tested on the top of the fixture while stretching, and the tensile float is 5% -45% of the sample itself. The control system automatically adjusts the temperature, ozone concentration and sample swirl/spin to study the rubber's anti-ozone aging performance.
