Overview
This machine is a MIT type folding tester, which is specially used to detect the flexural strength of paper and Cardboard. During the test, both ends of the test piece are fixed, and the lower fixture applies the required load to make the test piece bear a certain tension.

Principle
By fixing both ends of the test piece on the tester, the lower clamp applies a set load to make the test piece withstand tension. The lower clamp bends back and forth to the left and right sides at a 135-degree angle in the vertical state of the test piece until the test piece breaks. The instrument automatically records the number of bends.

Steps
Prepare the test piece that meets the size requirements (width 15mm, length 250mm)
2. Fix both ends of the test piece to the tester fixture
3. Set the required test load (4.91N, 9.81N, or 14.72N)
4. Start the test, and the instrument automatically bends back and forth
5. When the test piece is broken, the instrument automatically stops and records the number of bends
6. Read the number of bends displayed by the counter
