Overview
NBC-ST10 Heat seal tester is suitable for the determination of parameters such as heat seal temperature, heat seal time and heat seal pressure of test materials. It is a common instrument in the laboratories of food companies, pharmaceutical companies, daily chemical products companies and raw material manufacturers.

Principle
The heat seal tester uses a hot-pressing sealing method. The sample to be sealed is placed between the upper and lower heat seals, and the sample is sealed at a pre-set temperature, pressure and time. After repeated trials, it provides guidance for the user to find the heat seal parameters. To ensure a fast pressure setting, the heat seal clip slowly leans against and seals the adjacent samples, so that the shorter sealing time can be reproduced. The setting of the heat seal time can be arbitrarily set. Press the foot switch, the sample is pressed, and the heat seal time is determined by the pressing time of the foot switch. Release the foot switch, the upper and lower heat seals are separated from the pressing state, and the sample is heat sealed.

Steps
1. Place the sample to be sealed between the upper and lower heat seals
2. Set the required heat seal temperature, pressure and time parameters
3. Select manual or foot switch mode
4. Press the foot switch (or manually start), the sample is pressed
5. The heat sealing time is determined by the pressing time of the foot switch
6. Release the foot switch, separate the upper and lower heat sealing knives, and complete the heat sealing of the sample.

• The air source pressure needs to be brought by the user, the range is 0.05 MPa~ 0.7MPa
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V 50Hz
• Pay attention to anti-scalding design and leakage protection during operation
• Micro printer function is only available in touch screen version
• Heat sealing area can be customized, standard size is 330 * 10mm
