NBC-800L-40 programmable constant temperature and humidity tester is mainly used to detect the performance of materials in various environments, and test the heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and moisture resistance performance of various materials. Suitable for mass detection of electronics, electrical appliances, communications, instrumentation, vehicles, plastic products, metals, food, chemicals, building materials, aerospace and other products. Using equilibrate Conditioning Control System (BTHC), the actual data in the test chamber is transmitted to the controller through the induction system, and the controller controls the SSR to realize multi-stage intelligent output. The output power of the equilibrate temperature and humidity system ensures that the temperature and humidity in the test chamber are fully stable and has energy-saving functions.

Principle
The equilibrate Conditioning control system (BTHC) is adopted, and the induction system transmits the actual data in the test chamber to the controller. The controller realizes multi-stage intelligent output by controlling the SSR, and the output power of the equilibrate temperature and humidity system ensures that the temperature and humidity in the test chamber are fully stable. The heating system adopts multi-stage heating pipes with PID modules to ensure temperature stability; the humidification system adopts a circular split humidifier to avoid icing; the refrigeration system adopts imported Compressors and components to realize forced refrigeration and thermostatic refrigeration segmented control; the air circulation system forces air circulation through high-resistance motors and multi-wing fan blades.

Steps
1. Linear dispersion through the controller setting program, supports Chinese and English display and remote control.
2. Use the test hole for external connection.

• The use environment temperature should be 0~ 30 ℃, and the performance guarantee environment is 5~ 25 ℃.
• Miscellaneous items cannot be placed within 60CM of the instrument.
