Principle
The equilibrate Conditioning Control System (BTHC) is adopted, and the induction system transmits the actual data in the test chamber to the controller. The controller controls the SSR and multi-stage intelligent output, and the equilibrate temperature and humidity system outputs the power to ensure that the temperature and humidity in the test chamber are fully stable, and It has the function of energy saving, reducing the power used, and ensuring the long-term accurate and stable operation of the instrument.

Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage meets the requirements (220V/50HZ, allowing a change of +/- 10%).
2. Open the test chamber door and place the item to be tested on the shelf (standard configuration 1 layer, adjustable layer distance, up to 4 layers).
3. Set the temperature and humidity parameters through the controller (Temperature range -60~ 150 ℃, humidity control range 20~ 98% R. H).
4. Start the instrument and monitor the operating status to ensure stable temperature and humidity.
5. After the test is completed, turn off the instrument and remove the item.
Notice
• The use environment temperature should be maintained at 0~ 30 ℃, and the performance guarantee environment is 5~ 25 ℃.
• Miscellaneous items should not be placed within 60CM of the instrument to ensure normal heat dissipation and operation.
• The humidification system has water filtration and needs to be checked regularly to avoid blockage.
• The instrument has a variety of protection functions, and it will automatically stop in case of failure. It is necessary to check the fault point in time.
• Use the bottom universal wheel when moving the instrument, pay attention to load bearing and shock absorption.
