Overview
Programmable constant temperature and humidity testing machine NBC-100L-20 (paint plate) is mainly used to detect the performance of materials in various environments, test the heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and moisture resistance performance of various materials. Suitable for mass detection of electronics, electrical appliances, communications, instrumentation, vehicles, plastic products, metals, food, chemicals, building materials, aerospace and other products. Using equilibrate Conditioning Control System (BTHC), the actual data in the test chamber is transmitted to the controller through the induction system, the controller controls the SSR multi-stage intelligent output, and the output power of the equilibrate temperature and humidity system ensures that the temperature and humidity in the test chamber are fully stable, with energy saving function, reducing the power of the instrument, and ensuring long-term accurate and stable operation.

The refrigeration circulation system adopts the original imported Japanese "Sanyo" brand fully enclosed Compressor (optional French Taikang Compressor), the components come from Japan, France, the United States, Italy and other origins, and the refrigerant adopts American environmentally friendly refrigerant (R23A, R404A).
4. A 50mm diameter test hole is reserved on the left side of the test chamber.

Principle

Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage meets the requirements (220V/50HZ, the allowable value of variation is +/- 10%).
2. Set the temperature and humidity program through the controller Linear dispersion, support Chinese and English display and remote computer control.
3, Start the instrument, the system automatically performs temperature and humidity control, monitoring uniformity and Stability.
4. Use the observation window to monitor the test process. If there is an abnormality, the system will automatically shut down and display a fault.
Notice
• The working environment temperature should be kept at 0~ 30 ℃, and the performance guarantee environment is 5~ 25 ℃.
• The use environment requires that Miscellaneous items cannot be placed within 60CM of the instrument.
• Power supply voltage variation allowable value is +/- 10% to avoid overload.
• When an abnormal situation occurs, the instrument automatically stops and displays the fault point, which needs to be dealt with in time.
• Regularly check the protection system to ensure safe operation.
