Programmable constant temperature and humidity testing machine NBC-408L-20 (paint plate) is mainly used to detect the performance of materials in various environments, test the heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and moisture resistance performance of various materials. The equilibrate Conditioning Control System (BTHC) is used to transmit the actual data in the test chamber to the controller through the induction system. The controller controls the SSR multi-stage intelligent output. The equilibrate temperature and humidity system outputs power to ensure stable temperature and humidity, and has the function of energy saving, reducing the use of power, and ensuring long-term accurate and stable operation.

Principle

Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage meets 380V/50HZ, and the allowable value of variation is +/- 10%.
2. Turn on the device and set the temperature and humidity program Linear dispersion through the controller.
3. Put the sample to be tested into the studio to ensure that there are no Miscellaneous items within 60cm.
4. Start the test and monitor the operating status of the system.
5. After the test is completed, turn off the device and disconnect the power supply.

• The working environment temperature should be kept at 0~ 30 ℃, and the performance guarantee environment is 5~ 25 ℃.
• Miscellaneous items should not be placed within 60cm of the use environment.
• Power supply voltage and variable allowable value to avoid overload.
• When an abnormality occurs, the device automatically displays the fault point and stops, which needs to be dealt with in time.
