Principle
The equilibrate Conditioning Control System (BTHC) is adopted, and the induction system transmits the actual data in the test chamber to the controller. The controller controls the SSR, multi-stage intelligent output, and the output power of the equilibrate temperature and humidity system to ensure that the temperature and humidity in the test chamber are fully stable, and It has the function of energy saving, reducing the power of the instrument to a greater extent, and ensuring the long-term accurate and stable operation of the instrument.

Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage is 380V/50HZ, and the allowable voltage fluctuation is +/- 10%.
2. Turn on the instrument and operate it through a large-scale color liquid crystal man-machine touch dialog LCD controller.
3. Set the required Temperature range (-20~ 150 ℃) and Humidity range (20~ 98% R. H).
4. Start the test, the instrument automatically controls the temperature and humidity, and ensures uniformity through the sensing system.
5. Monitor the testing process. If there is any abnormality, the instrument will automatically display the fault and shut down.
6. After the test is completed, turn off the instrument and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
• The use environment temperature should be maintained at 0~ 30 ℃, and the performance guarantee environment is 5~ 25 ℃.
• Miscellaneous items should not be placed within 60CM of the instrument to ensure air circulation and heat dissipation.
• Power supply voltage meets requirements to avoid overload or voltage fluctuations.
• Regularly check the protection system function to ensure safe operation.
• Pay attention to the instrument display during operation and deal with any abnormal prompts in time.
