Principle
By adjusting the weight, pressure and rolling speed of the roller, different types and intensities of traffic conditions are simulated. At a fixed pressure and speed, the adhesive tape sample is evenly adhered to the standard test substrate to test the abrasion and durability of the material.

Steps
1. Prepare adhesive tape samples and standard test substrates
2. Place the specimen on the test substrate
3. Start the equipment, and the roller is rolled at a speed of 300mm/min
4. Apply a load pressure of 2000g +/- 5g
5. After completing the rolling, take out the specimen for subsequent testing

• Ensure Roller Rubber Hardness within Hs80 +/- 5
• When operating, pay attention to the roller load accuracy control within +/- 5g
