FRARIV K110 powder physical characteristic tester is a precision instrument professionally used for the measurement of various physical characteristics of powder materials. The equipment supports a number of test items such as angle of repose, collapse angle, loose density, tap density, etc., and can automatically calculate key parameters such as flowability index and compression degree according to the measurement results.

Principle
The instrument automatically measures the angle of repose and collapse angle of the powder by image method, measures the tap density by vibration device, and uses the standard funnel method to measure the loose density and flowability. The equipment is equipped with High Accuracy Balance for mass measurement, and combines special software to automatically calculate the physical characteristic parameters such as compression degree and flowability index.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Set test parameters through a 7-inch touchscreen
3. Select the appropriate test item
4. Place samples and make measurements
5. Equipment automatically calculates relevant parameters
6. View or print test results through electronic reporting software

• Power supply voltage must be kept within the range of AC220V +/- 10V 50Hz
• Balanced environment temperature should be controlled at 0~ 40 ℃
• Balanced environment humidity should be ≤ 80% RH
• Ensure that the equipment is placed on a stable workbench
