Overview
FRARIV K100 powder physical characteristics tester is a professional instrument for the measurement of various physical properties of powder materials. It supports the testing of key parameters such as angle of repose, collapse angle, loose density, tap density, etc., and can calculate flowability index according to the test results., jet index and other performance indicators.
Features
1. Support a variety of powder physical properties test items, including angle of repose, collapse angle, loose density, tap density, agglomeration degree, homogeneity, plate angle, dispersion, porosity, etc
2. Can calculate the difference angle, compression, flowability index, jet flow index and other important performance indicators
3. Vibration sieve with a variety of sizes, including 45μm, 75μm, 150μm, 250μm, 355μm, 1180μm
4. High Repeatability, Error ≤ 3%
5. The vibration frequency is fixed at 300 rpm, and the vibration amplitude can be selected from 3mm or 14mm.
Principle
The instrument manually measures the powder angle characteristics through a protractor, uses a fixed frequency vibration device to realize the powder vibration process, and through the measurement of powder density, angle and other parameters in different states, combined with standard calculation methods to obtain powder flowability and jet performance indicators.
Standards
ASTM D6393-14、GB/T 31057.2-2008、GB/T 31057.3-2008、GB/T 5162-2006/ISO 3953:1993、GB/T 1482-2010、GB/T 1479.1-2010、GB/T 16913-2008
Steps
1. Prepare the powder sample to be tested
2. Select the appropriate Vibration sieve specification according to the test item
3. Set the vibration amplitude parameters (3mm or 14mm)
4. Start the instrument for vibration operation
5. Manual measurement of angle parameters using protractor
6. Record test data and calculate relevant performance indicators
Notice
• Power supply voltage AC220V +/- 10V 50Hz before use
• When operating, pay attention to the instrument size of 680mm * 380mm * 750mm to ensure that there is enough operating space
• Angle measurement is manual operation, to ensure measurement accuracy
• Select the appropriate Vibration sieve aperture according to the test requirements
• Regularly check instrument repeatability errors to ensure no more than 3%
