Overview
The TBJ-X3-DJ12 automatic Film Applicator adopts a detachable scraper design, which is convenient for disassembly, cleaning and replacement. The scraper with bracket ensures the stable operation of the Spreader and the uniform film. The small Lab Film Applicator used in this experiment uses all imported accessories. By controlling the speed and stable pressure, the uniformity and smoothness of the Spreader glue coating are guaranteed, and the film reproducibility is improved. It is suitable for accurate Spreader wet-film on different substrates. Standard 1 China rod and 1 imported rod with an accuracy of up to 1μm.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicator ensures uniformity and smoothness of Spreader coating by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the steady pressure applied to the film applicator. The detachable scraper and bracket design make the Spreader run more stably, reduce manual operation differences, and improve film reproducibility.
