Overview
The SR400 Roughometer is a precision measurement device of the IPRE brand. It uses ARM processor for high-speed control and data processing, and has low power consumption. The instrument supports Multi-Parameter measurement, including 15 parameters such as Ra, Rz, Rq, Rt, etc., and is suitable for a variety of industrial fields.

Principle
The SR400 Roughometer uses an inductive Sensor to measure surface roughness parameters by moving the diamond stylus on the surface of the sample. The Sensor has specific performance indicators, such as tip radius of 5 μm, stylus angle of 90 °, etc., to ensure accurate measurement.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply of the device;
2. Select measurement parameters and range;
3. Contact the Sensor stylus with the sample surface;
4. Start the measurement, the instrument automatically drives and collects data;
5. Check the parameters and graphical results on the display screen.
6. Store data or export via USB interface.
Notice
• Ensure Sensor stylus is clean to avoid contamination affecting Measurement accuracy;
• Calibrate instruments before measurement to reduce Indication Errors;
• Avoid use in extreme temperature or humidity environments to prevent damage to equipment;
• Charge in time after use to maintain the performance of the built-in lithium battery;
• Handle with care during operation to prevent damage caused by falling;
