Overview
The IPRE SR500 Roughometer is a High Accuracy measurement device with ARM control and data processing, featuring high speed and low power consumption. Equipped with a 128 * 64 high luminance OLED display, the instrument supports Multi-Parameter measurement and large-capacity data storage, and is widely used in machining, aerospace, automotive parts and other industries.

Principle
Measurement range is 160 μ m. The radius of the contact pin is 5 μ m, the force measurement is 4 mN, the angle of the contact pin is 90 °, and the longitudinal radius of the guide head is 45 mm.

Steps
1. Turn it on and check the battery level;
2. Select measurement parameters and filter type;
3. Set the sampling length and evaluation length;
4. Touch the Sensor stylus lightly on the measured surface;
5. Start the measurement, the instrument automatically drives and collects data;
6. Check the parameters and graphical results on the display screen.
7. Store data or export via USB interface.
8. Shut down and clean the equipment.
Notice
Make sure the battery is fully charged before use to avoid measurement interruptions;
• The stylus is made of Diamond Stone and needs to be handled with care to prevent damage;
• Keep the stylus perpendicular to the surface during measurement to avoid lateral force affecting the accuracy;
• Regularly calibrate the instrument to ensure that the Indication Error is within +/- 10%;
When storing data, pay attention to the capacity limitations of FLASH and MicroSD cards.
• Avoid use in extreme temperature or humidity environments to prevent affecting the OLED display;
When connecting a USB device, ensure that the interface is clean to prevent data transmission errors.
• When not in use for a long time, please charge and store in a drying place.
