Overview
YG140D Roundness meter is a High Accuracy measuring instrument produced by brand IPRE. It adopts High Accuracy air-floating hydrostatic bearing structure, is equipped with WIN10 system operating platform and professional measurement software, and is suitable for the measurement of various geometric parameters of rotating body workpieces.

Principle
The instrument drives the swirl/spin table through the High Accuracy air-floating hydrostatic bearing, uses the inductance Sensor and the circular grating acquisition device for data collection, the number of circumferential sampling points reaches 4096, and combines professional software to analyze the roundness, ripple and other parameters, and supports a variety of filtering bands and error evaluation methods.

Steps
Start the instrument and load the WIN10 system operating platform.
2. Place the workpiece on the swirl/spin table and adjust the vertical and horizontal axis positions.
3. Select measurement parameters and filter bands.
4. Run the measurement program and observe the data graph in real time.
5. Use software functions for data analytics, saving or printing reports.
Notice
• Ensure that the maximum outer diameter of the workpiece does not exceed φ 140mm, and the minimum inner diameter is not less than φ 3mm.
• The maximum load-bearing limit is 60kg to avoid overloading.
• Note that the maximum detection depth of the vertical axis is 60mm when measuring.
• When using the automatic rejection function, it is necessary to set the discontinuity identification parameters correctly.
• Regularly check Sensor and Grating devices to ensure Measurement accuracy.
