Overview
The PRINCE335 3D scanner is used to capture 3D shape and surface information of objects or scenes and convert it into digital models or point cloud data. The device uses different Sensors and technology implementations High Accuracy 3D Data Acquisition.
Features
1. Laser dual-color: Fast switching between red and blue laser scanning modes, with the flexible and portable characteristics of a handheld 3D scanner, while obtaining ultra-detailed 3D data
2. Ultra-high accuracy: the accuracy can reach up to 0.03mm, the external environment has little impact on the scanning accuracy, and direct sunlight can work normally
3. Ultra-fast measurement: mark points are halved, double the scanning area and up to 320,000 scanning speeds per second, greatly improving scanning efficiency
4. Automatic positioning: automatic positioning of the target point, no need to be equipped with tracking and positioning equipment, can support dynamic measurement
Principle
The PRINCE335 3D Scanner captures the 3D shape and surface information of objects or scenes through the Laser Sensor, and converts the acquired data into digital models or point cloud data using two laser scanning modes, red and blue.
Applications
Manufacturing, medicine, cultural heritage protection, geological exploration
Steps
1. Select the scanning mode (R standard scanning mode or B ultra-fine scanning mode)
2. Set the working distance and range
3. Start the scanning device
4. Perform 3D data collection
5. Output the data file in the required format
Notice
• Operating temperature range -10 ° C to 40 ° C
Safety level of laser is Class II (eye safety)
• Different scanning modes have different effective working intervals, which need to be selected according to needs
• The scanning accuracy is affected by the measurement distance and needs to be operated within the effective working interval
