Overview
BM-12 tri-eye reflection Microscope uses two types of illumination, reflection and transmission, and is equipped with a polarizing device. Brightfield and polarized observation can be carried out under reflected light illumination, and brightfield observation can be made under transmitted light illumination. Using an electric light source, the luminance can be continuously adjusted, the hinged barrel is inclined at 30 °, and it can rotate 360 degrees freely. The instrument is novel in shape, good in performance, easy and reliable to use, and can be used by factories, universities, scientific research institutions and electronics industry departments.

Principle
Microscope works by reflection and transmission of two illumination methods. Under reflected light illumination, the ray of light reflects from the surface of the sample into the Optical inspection system for brightfield and polarized observation; under transmitted light illumination, the ray of light penetrates the sample into the Optical inspection system for brightfield observation. Using halogen lamp light source, adjustable luminance, with condenser and color filter system, to achieve clear microscopic observation.

Steps
1. Select reflection or transmission lighting mode according to observation needs
2. Adjust the pupil distance to within the range of 55-75mm
3. Use coarse micro-motion coaxial focusing mechanism for focal length adjustment
4. Insert the corresponding color filter as needed
5. Adjust the light source luminance to the appropriate level
6. Move the stage to select the observation area
7. Perform microscopic observation and analysis

• Be careful to avoid contact between the objective lens and the sample when adjusting the focal length
• When using 100X oil mirror, add oil immersion
• Optical inspection parts are kept clean to avoid dust contamination
