Overview
BM-37XED Computerized InvertedMicroscope is an inverted biological Microscope that uses an excellent infinity Optical inspection system to provide good Optical Properties. Streamlined design concept, compact and stable high-rigidity body reflects vibration protection requirements, and the ultra-long working distance condenser system can perform non-contamination foster cell observation of high culture dishes or cylindrical flasks. The lighting system fully considers heat dissipation and safety. The ergonomic design makes the operation more convenient, comfortable and safe. The phase contrast device can be attached to the light path to achieve phase contrast microscopic observation. This instrument can perform microscopic observation of transparent liquid tissue and dynamic microscopic observation of foster tissue in culture dish.
Features
1. Inverted Biological Microscope Design Optical inspection path inverted, ray of light through the objective lens and then through the sample and then through the eyepiece, the sample is located above the Microscope
2. With a long working distance, it can accommodate larger or thicker samples such as culture dishes under the Microscope
3. May be equipped with multi-channel observation system, support fluorescence, differential interference and other Observation modes
4. Optical inspection system provides good Optical Properties
5. Streamlined design concept, compact and stable high-rigidity body reflects vibration protection requirements
6. Ultra-long working distance light-gathering system can observe high-cultured dishes or cylindrical flasks without contamination of foster cells
7. The lighting system fully considers heat dissipation and safety
8. Ergonomic design makes operation more convenient, comfortable and safe
9. Phase contrast device can be attached to the optical path to achieve phase contrast microscopic observation
Principle
The Optical inspection path of the inverted biological Microscope is inverted, and the ray of light passes through the objective lens, then through the sample, and then through the eyepiece, so that the sample is located above the Microscope. This design, combined with a long working distance light gathering system, enables the observation of larger or thicker samples such as culture dishes. Phase contrast devices can be attached to the light path for phase contrast microscopy through phase contrast technology implementation.
Applications
Research institutes, colleges and universities, agriculture, animal husbandry and dairy industry
Steps
1. Prepare the sample and place it on the stage
2. Select the appropriate culture dish pallet according to the Sample type
3. Adjust pupil distance and eyepiece angle
4. Use coarse fretting coaxial focusing device for focusing
5. Adjust lighting luminance and color filter as needed
6. Use the converter to select the appropriate objective lens
7. For phase contrast observation, use a plug-in phase contrast device
8. Image acquisition and analysis through computer imagery systems
Notice
• Please read the instructions carefully before use
• Pay attention to the safe placement of samples during operation
• Avoid too fast and too hard when focusing
• Microscope clean and drying
• The computer needs to be purchased and used together.
• Some objective lenses are optional configurations and need to be purchased separately
