Overview
The BM-37XFP tablet inverted biological Microscope is equipped with a long working distance flat-field color difference objective lens, a large-field eyepiece and a swirl/spin swing-out condenser. The removable mechanical mobile carrier device can meet the observation needs of different heights of culture dish. The product has a compact structure and a reasonable design of the operation part, so that the observer can feel relaxed and comfortable during the operation. The product is suitable for microscopic observation of transparent liquid tissue and dynamic microscopic observation of foster tissue in culture dish.

Principle
The Optical inspection path of the inverted Bio-Microscope is inverted, and the ray of light passes through the objective lens, then through the sample, and then through the eyepiece, so that the sample is located above the Microscope. This design facilitates dynamic microscopic observation of foster tissue in culture dishes.

Steps
1. Choose the appropriate culture dish pallet according to the size of the culture dish
2. Place the sample on the stage
3. Adjust the pupil distance to the range of 53-75mm
4. Use coarse micro-motion coaxial focusing device for focusing
5. Observe images through tablet imagery system
6. Replace the objective lens or adjust the Observation mode as needed
Notice
• Confirm that the culture dish pallet matches the size of the culture dish before use
• Be careful when adjusting the coarse tightness
• Note that the working distance of the condenser is 50mm
• When using the phase contrast system, the center of the phase contrast ring needs to be adjusted
• Select the appropriate color filter according to the observation needs
• Optical inspection components are kept clean to avoid contamination
