Overview
BM-59XCD computer transmission polarized light Microscope is a professional experimental instrument commonly used in geology, mining, metallurgy and other departments and related institutions of higher learning. It can be used for users to perform single-polarized light observation, orthogonal polarized light observation, cone light observation and Microscope photography. The instrument adopts electric Illuminant, the lighting can continuously adjust the luminance, the hinged triocular barrel is inclined at 45 °, and can rotate 360 degrees freely. It is equipped with Accessories such as plaster lambda sheet, mica 1/4 test piece, quartz wedge and moving ruler. It is a group of new products with complete functions and good quality.
Features
1. Illuminant, continuous adjustment of luminance
2. The hinged three-eyepiece barrel is tilted 45 ° and can rotate 360 degrees freely
3. Accessories such as plaster lambda, mica 1/4 test piece, quartz wedge and moving ruler
4. Equipped with computer imagery system, including 5 million pixel digital CMOS camera and geometric measurement analysis software
5. Support single polarization observation, orthogonal polarization observation, cone light observation and Microscope photography functions
6. The condenser is N. A = 1.30 swing Abbe condenser with variable light bar
Principle
The Polarizing Microscope operates on the principle of Optical Inspection Polarization. Polarized light is generated by a polarizing device, which analyzes the influence of the sample on the polarized light. A compensator (plaster lambda, mica 1/4 lambda, quartz wedge) is configured to observe the birefringence characteristics of the sample. The condenser provides illumination, and the objective and eyepiece systems enable sample magnification.
Applications
Experiment in geology, minerals, metallurgy, colleges and universities
Steps
1. Turn on the power and adjust the lighting luminance
2. Place the sample on the stage
3. Choose the right combination of objective and eyepiece
4. Adjust the focus until the image is clear
5. Select single polarized, orthogonal polarized or cone Observation mode as needed
6. Use compensators for specific observations
7. Connect computer imagery system for image acquisition and measurement analysis
Notice
• Power supply voltage matching (220V/110V) before use
• Pay attention to the protection of the objective lens and sample during operation to avoid collision
• When adjusting the focal length, the action should be gentle to avoid damage to precision parts
• Follow the specifications when using the compensator
• Optical inspection parts are cleaned regularly to keep the instrument clean
• The computer imagery system needs to be used with a purchased computer
