Overview
BM-59XCP tablet computer-type transmissive polarized light Microscope is a professional experimental instrument commonly used in geology, mining, metallurgy and other departments and related colleges and universities. It adopts electric Illuminant, the lighting can be continuously adjusted luminance, the hinged triocular tube is 45 ° tilted, and can rotate 360 degrees freely. It supports single polarized light observation, orthogonal polarized light observation, cone light observation and Microscope photography. Accessories such as plaster lambda film, mica 1/4 test piece, quartz wedge and moving ruler are equipped. It is a set of new products with complete functions and good quality.
Features
1. Illuminant, the luminance can be adjusted continuously.
2. The hinged three-eyepiece barrel is tilted 45 degrees, allowing it to rotate 360 degrees freely.
3. Support single polarization observation, orthogonal polarization observation, cone light observation and Microscope photography.
4. Accessories such as plaster lambda, mica 1/4 test piece, quartz wedge and moving ruler.
5. Equipped with a 9.7-inch large-screen Android system tablet and an MCL-Z adapter mirror.
Principle
Based on the principle of polarization, the instrument generates and detects polarized light through a polarizing device and a polarizing device, and combines a condenser and a compensator to observe the anisotropy, birefringence and other Optical inspection properties of the sample. The imagery system uses a tablet computer and an adapter mirror for image acquisition and display.
Applications
Petromineralogy research, materials science research, experimentation and teaching of geology, materials science related courses in schools, universities and training institutions
Steps
1. Turn on the power and adjust the lighting luminance.
2. Place the sample on the stage and use a moving ruler to adjust the position.
3. Select the appropriate objective through the objective lens converter.
4. Adjust the focusing mechanism for coarse adjustment and fine adjustment.
5. Switch the polarization mode as required (single polarized, orthogonal polarized, or conical).
6. Use a compensator (such as a plaster lambda) for observation.
7. Image acquisition and observation through the tablet system.
Notice
- Power supply voltage matching (220V/110V) before use.
- Avoid direct contact with Optical inspection components to prevent contamination.
- Gentle operation is required when adjusting the fretting grid value.
- Regularly clean lenses and Accessories to maintain instrument performance.
Pay attention to the fixation of the sample during operation to prevent movement.
