Overview
The BM-62XC transmissive reflection polarized microscope is a required instrument for the research and identification of birefringent substances by using the polarization characteristics of light. It can be used for mono-polarized observation, orthogonal polarized observation and cone light observation by the majority of users. It is widely used in research and inspection in geology, chemical industry and other fields, and can also be used for crystal phase observation of liquid polymer materials and liquid crystal materials. It is a commonly used instrument for research and teaching in scientific research institutions and colleges and universities. The instrument adopts electric Illuminant, the lighting can continuously adjust the luminance, and the hinged triocular barrel is inclined at 30 °, which can rotate 360 degrees freely.
Features
1. Optical inspection paths of transmission and reflection are used, and the light transmitted through the sample is reflected on the lower surface of the sample, and then observed through the eyepiece.
2. It is used to observe the surface morphology, texture, structure of the sample, as well as the relevant information of transparency and refractive index.
3. Through polarization technology, small structures and changes in the surface of the sample can produce images with high contrast ratios.
4. Usually no special treatment or staining of the sample is required.
Principle
Transparent reflection Polarized Microscope uses two Optical inspection paths, transmission and reflection. Light transmitted through the sample is reflected on the lower surface of the sample and then viewed through the eyepiece. With polarizing technology, small structures and changes in the surface of the sample can produce images with high contrast ratios.
Applications
Metal surface crystal structure observation, coating uniformity detection, semiconductor chip surface inspection, ceramic microstructure observation, material surface properties research
Steps
1. Prepare the sample and place it on the workbench.
2. Adjust the eyepiece and objective lens multiples.
3. Turn on the lighting system and adjust the luminance.
4. Use the focusing device for coarse fretting focusing.
5. swirl/spin condenser and analyzer for polarizing observation.
6. Switch transmission or reflection mode as needed.
Notice
Make sure the instrument power supply is stable before operation.
- Avoid sample contamination or damage to Optical inspection components.
- Adjust the luminance to avoid damage to the eyes.
Regularly clean the lens and converter.
After use, turn off the power and cover the dust cover.
