Overview
BM-PH Phase Contrast Biological Microscope follows the principle of microscopic Optical inspection imaging and the theory of phase contrast microscopy, which is suitable for the observation and study of low-contrast and unstained living samples such as aquatic plankton. The Microscope adopts electric Illuminant, the luminance can be continuously adjusted, and the hinged lens barrel is inclined at 30 °, which can rotate 360 degrees freely.
Features
1. Illuminant, continuous adjustment of luminance
2. The hinged lens barrel is tilted 30 ° and can rotate 360 degrees freely
3. Equipped with phase contrast objective and phase contrast condenser
4. Coarse fretting focusing coaxial mechanism, fine-tuning grid value 0.002mm
5. Equipped with a variety of color filters (blue, yellow, green)
Principle
Phase Contrast Microscope follows the principle of microscopic Optical inspection imaging and the theory of phase contrast microscopy technology, and enhances the contrast ratio of low contrast and unstained samples through the Phase Contrast Optical inspection system, so that the fine structure of living samples is more clearly visible.
Applications
Scientific research, microbial observation, water quality testing, environment monitoring
Steps
1. Turn on the power and adjust the Illuminant luminance
2. Place the sample specimen on the stage
3. Adjust pupil distance and eyepiece angle
4. Use the coarse fretting focusing device for focusing
5. Switch phase contrast objectives and color filters as needed
6. Observe the sample through the eyepiece and record it
Notice
• When using the oil mirror, add oil immersion as required
• Avoid damage to the sample when adjusting the Illuminant
• Optical inspection parts clean to avoid scratches
• Be aware of range limitations when moving the stage
Regularly check the safety of power lines
