Overview
BM-SG10PH trinocular phase contrast biological microscope adopts infinity Optical inspection technology, equipped with semi-complex elimination color difference infinity flat-field objective lens and phase contrast objective lens, strong expansibility can be equipped with vertical lighting device, fluorescent device and other auxiliary equipment. The instrument adopts Illuminant, the illumination can be continuously adjusted luminance, and the three-eye hinged observation cylinder is inclined at 30 ° and can rotate 360 degrees freely. It is widely used in research fields such as chemistry and teaching work and analytical experiments in Universities & colleges.
Features
1. Enhanced contrast ratio: Phase Contrast Microscopes can enhance the contrast ratio of transparent samples by using differential Optical inspection devices, making cells and structures more clearly visible.
2. Three-dimensional effect: Provides a strong three-dimensional effect, making the outline of cells and structures more vivid, which helps to deeply observe the tiny structures inside cells.
3. Observe thicker samples: Phase contrast microscopes are suitable for observing thicker samples, unlike fluorescence microscopes, which typically require higher flakes.
Principle
Phase Contrast Microscope enhances the contrast ratio of transparent samples by using a differential Optical inspection device, making cells and structures more visible. It uses an infinity Optical inspection system, equipped with a phase contrast condenser and objective lens, to observe the tiny structure of the sample using the principle of Optical inspection phase difference.
Applications
Chemical Research, Universities & colleges Teaching, Analytical Experiments
Steps
1. Turn on the Illuminant and adjust the luminance to the appropriate level.
2. Place the sample on the stage.
3. Adjust the focal length through the coarse micro-motion coaxial focusing device.
4. Use the objective lens converter to select the objective lens with the appropriate magnification.
5. Adjust the condenser and color filter as needed.
6. Observe or connect auxiliary equipment through a trinocular observation cylinder.
Notice
• Oil immersion is required when using 100X objectives.
• Pay attention to the coordinated operation of coarse motion and fretting when focusing.
• Optical inspection components are kept clean to avoid contamination.
• Illuminant temperature during operation to avoid burns.
• Regularly check whether the components of the instrument are normal.
