Overview
The BM-SG12D computer reflection Microscope (Brightfield) adopts two types of illumination: reflection and transmission. It can perform polarized observation under reflection and Brightfield observation under transmitted light. The stable and high-quality Optical inspection system makes the imagery clearer, with better contrast, ergonomic design, and is widely used in research fields such as chemistry and teaching work and analytical experiments in Universities & colleges. The instrument adopts electric Illuminant, the luminance can be continuously adjusted, the hinged lens barrel is inclined at 30 °, and can rotate 360 degrees freely.
Features
1. Equipped with a digital imagery system, by connecting to a tablet computer, digital imagery, observation and recording of samples are realized.
2. Equipped with a high-resolution Microscope lens to provide clear sample images for detailed observation.
3. Equipped with an autofocus system to ensure that the sample remains in a clear focal plane during observation.
4. Supports real-time observation of samples and the ability to record video or continuous frame images for subsequent analysis and presentation.
Principle
The microscope uses two illumination types, reflection and transmission, which can be polarized under reflection illumination and bright-field observation under transmitted light. Optical inspection system, combined with high-resolution objective and eyepiece, and digital imagery system, enables clear imagery, observation and recording of samples.
Applications
Chemical Research, Universities & colleges Teaching, Analytical Experiments
Standards
Ergonomic design standard
Steps
1. Connect the digital imagery system to the tablet.
2. Turn on Illuminant and adjust luminance.
3. Place the sample on the mobile platform.
4. Use coarse and micro coaxial focusing system to focus.
5. Select the appropriate objective through the converter.
6. Observe samples or record video images in real time.
7. Use geometric measurement analysis software for measurement.
Notice
• Power supply voltage within the range of AC85V-230V before use.
• Adjust the luminance to avoid damage to the sample or lens.
• Coarse adjustment first and then fine adjustment when focusing to prevent damage to the focusing mechanism.
• When using a 100X objective, drip oil to ensure that the numerical aperture matches.
• Optical inspection components are cleaned regularly to avoid dust affecting the imagery mass.
• Operate gently when moving the platform to prevent sample displacement or damage.
