Overview
XSP-BM-8CAD Computer Biological Microscope is a professional instrument designed with electric Illuminant and hinged lens barrel. It is widely used in chemical research institutes and laboratories, and can be used in laboratories for research institutes and institutions of higher learning. The luminance of the instrument can be continuously adjusted, the lens barrel can be tilted 30 ° and rotated 360 degrees freely, and it is equipped with 5 million pixel CMOS camera and tablet computer to support digitalization imagery and real-time observation.
Features
1. High-resolution images: equipped with 5 million pixel CMOS cameras, capable of providing high-resolution microscopic images to capture the details of tiny structures such as cells and microorganisms.
2. digitalization imagery: CMOS cameras digitalize the observed images by connecting to a tablet, enabling users to observe, analyze, and record in real time on a digital interface.
3. Real-time observation and recording: It can observe the microstructure in real time and support the recording of images or videos for subsequent analysis, archiving and sharing.
4. Observation flexibility: Users can adjust and operate the observation results in real time through the tablet, enhancing the flexibility and convenience of observation.
5. Image measurement and analysis: Software supports image measurement and analysis, enabling users to perform dimensional measurement, Color analysis and other functions, which helps to quantify.
Principle
Optical inspection images are digitalized to a tablet with a CMOS camera, allowing users to view, adjust, and analyze microstructures in real time on a digital interface. Illuminant uses halogen lamps with adjustable luminance, condensers, and color filters to optimize lighting for high-resolution imagery.
Applications
Academic institutions and research laboratories, experiments and teaching, cytological examination, pathological research, environmental field, water quality testing, microbiological observation
Steps
1. Connect the CMOS camera and tablet, and install the supporting software.
2. Turn on the Illuminant and adjust the luminance to the appropriate level.
3. Place the sample on the stage and adjust the focal length through the coarse fretting focusing device.
4. Use the objective and eyepiece to select the magnification (40X-1600X).
5. Observe images in real time on a tablet for measurement, analysis or recording.
6. Use software for image processing and data recording.
Notice
• Make sure Illuminant and electronic devices are connected correctly before use.
• Avoid moving too fast when adjusting the focal length to prevent damage to the sample or lens.
• High power objectives (such as 100X oil lenses) need to use immersion oil, and clean them in time after use.
• Optical inspection components are checked regularly to maintain clean image mass.
• Follow the user manual when operating the software to avoid improper settings affecting Measurement accuracy.
