Overview
TBJ-X3-DJ14 Automatic Film Applicator is a four-in-one laboratory multi-functional Coater in China, equipped with heating drawdown blade, heating Temperature range is room temperature to 150 ℃, Spreader size is 300 * 400mm. The equipment adopts imported accessories to ensure the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader coating by controlling speed and stable pressure, and improve film reproducibility. It is suitable for multinational R & D institutions, universities and scientific research laboratories.

Principle
The equipment ensures the uniformity and smoothness of the Spreader coating by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the stable pressure applied to the film applicator. The automatic feeding system adopts the principle of outflow of air source pressure, and controls the amount of spitting by adjusting the air pressure and the running speed of the discharge port to achieve reciprocating linear motion feeding. The heating system can precisely control the temperature of the drawdown blade to ensure the film mass.

Steps
1. Connect the host power supply 220V 50Hz
2. Connect the air source of the feeding system (0.6Mpa, φ 8 trachea)
3. Set the coating speed (5~ 180mm/s)
4. Adjust drawdown blade heating temperature (room temperature~ 150 ℃)
5. Activate Vacuum chuck function
6. Control the feeding amount by adjusting the air pressure and the discharge port speed
7. Start Auto Spreader Operation

* The air source of the feeding system needs to be equipped with a φ 8 trachea
* The maximum pressure of Mixing Tank is 8Mpa, do not use overpressure
* Customized coating speed below 5mm/s
* Check Safety Valve, Pressure Regulator, Pressure Gauge and Mixing Tank Configuration before Use
* Net weight 65KG, need to pay attention to safety when handling
