The SE28 industrial endoscope is a Portable inspection device under the IPRE brand. It is equipped with a large 5-inch industrial-grade LCD screen and adopts fiber optic lighting technology for clear images. The device supports quick replacement of different specifications of pipelines, built-in 32G memory, and is equipped with a special rechargeable lithium battery. The battery life can reach more than 4 hours. It is suitable for internal visual inspection in a variety of industrial environments.

Principle
The SE28 industrial endoscope collects images of the interior of the object to be detected through a miniature camera (pixel 160,000) at the front end. The illumination is generated by the high-power LED Illuminant at the rear of the device, which is conducted to the front end of the Probe through the optical fiber to illuminate the detection area. The collected image signal is transmitted to the host, and after processing, it is displayed in real time on the 5-inch LCD screen. Users can control the camera viewing angle (direct/side view) and the bending direction of the Probe by pressing the button, and perform operations such as taking pictures and recording. The image and video files are stored in the device memory or TF card.

Steps
1. Charge the device to ensure sufficient power.
2. Select the appropriate Probe (direct/side view) and insert the pipeline according to the inspection requirements and install it.
3. Press the power button to start the device.
4. Slowly feed the insertion tube into the area to be inspected.
5. Adjust the Probe direction and viewing angle through the navigation keys and head swing control keys, and observe the image on the screen.
6. Use the camera button or video button for image capture or video recording.
7. After the detection is completed, view the saved files through the playback function.
8. Turn off the power of the device and store it properly.
Notice
Do not use or store the equipment in an environment beyond the specified operating temperature (-10 ° C to 50 ° C) and storage temperature (-20 ° C to 60 ° C).
• Equipment Protection Rating is IP54, which can prevent dust and water splashing in all directions, but cannot be immersed in water.
• Avoid severe bending, extrusion or scratching of the Probe and insertion tube to prevent damage.
• Use in an environment with a maximum relative humidity of 90% (no condensation) to avoid moisture in internal circuits.
• Probe operation temperature range is -20 ℃~ 70 ℃, do not use in the temperature limit to avoid damage.
• Use a dedicated charger to charge the battery pack, do not use Miscellaneous mismatched charging devices.
• Before recording or taking pictures, please confirm that the storage space is sufficient.
• When cleaning equipment, use a soft dry cloth and avoid corrosive cleaners.
