Overview
HB3000 Brinell hardness tester is a hardness testing instrument using closed-loop Sensor loading and electronic control system, mainly used for hardness determination of metals and some Non-metallic materials. The equipment has a 10-level test force and a wide range of tests. It is suitable for a variety of scenarios such as factories, workshops, laboratories, Universities & colleges and scientific research institutions.
Features
1. Using closed-loop Sensor loading, electronic control system, dynamic force fluctuation is less than 1/1000, and the test results are more accurate.
2. With a 10-level test force, the test force range is wide, and the testing range is wider.
3. Equipped with a high-performance stepper motor to automatically load and unload, the noise generated during the test is reduced.
Principle
The Working Principle of Brinell hardness tester is to press the hard alloy ball indenter of a certain diameter into the surface of the sample under the action of the specified test force, remove the test force after maintaining the specified time, and measure the diameter of the sample surface. By looking up the table or calculating, the diameter of the Crowd is converted into the brinell hardness value (HBW).
Applications
Determination of hardness of cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals, soft alloys (such as pure aluminum, lead, tin), hard plastics, bakelite and other Non-metallic materials, factories, workshops, laboratories, Universities & colleges, scientific research institutions
