Overview
HB3000D Brinell hardness tester is a hardness testing instrument of the brand IPRE. It is mainly used for hardness determination of cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals and soft alloys, and is also suitable for some hard Non-metallic materials. The instrument is suitable for factories, workshop laboratories, Universities & colleges and scientific research institutions.
Features
1. Using a closed-loop Sensor loading and electronic control system, the dynamic force fluctuation is less than 1/1000, and the test results are more accurate.
2. Equipped with 10-level test force, providing a wider range of test forces and a wider range of tests.
3. Equipped with a high-performance stepper motor to automatically load and unload, the noise generated during the test is reduced.
Principle
The Brinell hardness tester loads the test force through a closed-loop Sensor, which is precisely controlled by an electronic control system. During the test, the cemented carbide ball head of the specified diameter is pressed into the surface of the sample under a specific test force, and the test force is removed after maintaining the specified time. Measurement of the diameter of the sample surface Crowder. Calculate and display the brinell hardness value through the electronic system.
Applications
Non-metallic materials such as cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals, soft alloys (such as pure aluminum, lead, tin), hard plastics, bakelite, etc., factories, workshops, laboratories, Universities & colleges, scientific research institutions
Steps
1. Prepare the sample to ensure that its surface is flat and the maximum height does not exceed 200mm.
2. Select the appropriate Brinell scale and corresponding test force according to the test material.
3. Place the specimen on the stage and adjust the position so that the indenter is aligned with the test point.
4. Start the equipment, the stepper motor automatically loads the test force, and the indenter is pressed into the sample.
Maintain the set hold time (5-60 seconds).
6. The equipment automatically removes the test force and calculates the Cedar diameter through the measurement system.
7. The hardness value results are displayed on the large LCD screen, and the data can be output through the Built-in Printer.
Notice
• Please confirm that the power supply is AC220V +/- 5%, 50~ 60Hz before use.
• Ensure that the maximum height of the sample does not exceed 200mm, and the distance between the test point and the outer wall of the indenter is not less than 135mm.
• Choose the correct Brinell scale and test force according to the material to be tested to ensure that the hardness value is within the effective range of 8~ 650HBW.
The load holding time can be set within 5-60 seconds as required.
The weight of the equipment is 90kg, and attention should be paid to safety when moving and installing.
• Please refer to the LCD large screen display when reading, the minimum measurement unit is 0.625μm.
